Dancho Dimkov took the FuckUp Nights stage at the Startup Revolution AI Summit to share the real side of entrepreneurship — the failures that shape founders long before success does. He walked the audience through the rise and fall of AdvertSMS, one of the first mobile marketing startups in the Balkans, and how a World Bank–recognized idea eventually collapsed under fast-moving technology, inexperience, and a tough market.

Instead of polished success stories, Dancho focused on the struggles founders rarely talk about: wrong timing, business model flaws, regulatory challenges, unpaid clients, and the emotional hit of watching a venture fade. He closed by showing how this failure became the turning point that pushed him toward consulting, further education, and ultimately building BizzBee Solutions.

Dancho Dimkov participated in Bloomberg Adria’s “Not So Small Talk,” joining SME experts to discuss the real challenges small businesses face behind the scenes. In the conversation on financial management and internationalization, Dancho brought a practical, experience-based perspective on why many companies struggle with cash flow, planning, and clarity — and how these gaps affect growth.

He highlighted the realities SMEs rarely talk about openly: decisions driven by intuition instead of data, unclear financial visibility, and the complexity of entering foreign markets without validation or strategy. Dancho emphasized that once companies gain structure and understand their numbers, everything—from profitability to international expansion—becomes far more manageable.

Participated as a speaker at the AI Collective Skopje Launch Summit, a landmark gathering that brought together industry leaders, academics, policymakers, and innovators to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming business, education, and society in North Macedonia. The event marked the official launch of The AI Collective Skopje and set the foundation for a responsible, human-centered AI ecosystem in the country.

Dancho Dimkov and Joe Kapp co-spoke in the session “Entrepreneurship & AI”, sharing complementary perspectives on how artificial intelligence is reshaping the entrepreneurial landscape—from opportunity identification and product validation to marketing, sales, and operational scaling. Together, they highlighted AI’s transformative role as a force multiplier for founders, enabling rapid experimentation, data-driven decisions, and efficient resource allocation. Dancho and Joe emphasized the rise of AI-powered solopreneurs, automation-first business models, and the growing need for entrepreneurs to master AI tools to build resilient, scalable companies in an AI-accelerated economy.

Participated as a panelist speaker at the ICMCI International CMC Conference, held in Armenia. The conference, titled “Digital Horizons: Bridging Innovations for a Sustainable Tomorrow”, brought together Certified Management Consultants (CMCs) and industry leaders from around the world to discuss the latest trends and innovations shaping the future of consulting and business.

Dancho was speaking at the session titled “Transforming Industries with AI,” where he contributed with his expertise on the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence in various industries. The panel explored how AI is revolutionizing traditional business models, creating new opportunities for innovation, and driving sustainability efforts.

Led two engaging workshops at the Invento Summit in Croatia, each designed to equip entrepreneurs and professionals with essential skills for business growth and financial independence.

The first workshop, titled "Write a Book – That Will Bring Your Ideal Client to You", focused on the strategic value of writing a book as part of a business marketing plan. Dancho guided participants through the process of writing, publishing, and promoting a book that attracts ideal clients, offering insights into transforming blog posts and eBooks into a complete book.

In the second workshop, "A Journey to Financial Freedom – Transforming a Marketable Skill into Financial Independence," Dancho outlined a step-by-step approach to achieving financial independence by developing and monetizing a marketable skill. Participants were introduced to practical strategies for transitioning from freelancing to entrepreneurship, scaling their businesses, and ultimately evolving into consultants.

Served as both a moderator and speaker for a sales-focused session during the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2023 in Macedonia. The event, aimed at empowering entrepreneurs and fostering innovation, included sessions on key business topics, with a strong emphasis on effective sales strategies. The sales session brought together a diverse group of entrepreneurs, business professionals, and sales experts to share insights on the latest trends, techniques, and tools for successful sales in a competitive market.

Participated as a speaker at the Leadership Summit 2023, a virtual event that brought together global business leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts. The summit focused on leadership, business growth, and innovation in the modern digital world. Dancho delivered a presentation on “Designing Your B2B Growth Strategy”, offering actionable strategies for businesses to achieve sustainable growth in B2B markets. His talk covered critical areas such as customer segmentation, outreach, and scaling operations to achieve business success.

Following the summit, Dancho, along with the eight other speakers at the event, launched their Amazon Best Selling Book, titled "8 Qualities of Great Leadership: The Critical Elements for Successful Leadership". The book, published in the UK, quickly gained international recognition and became a best-seller on Amazon.

Organized by Invento Capital Partners, this event brought together leading experts, entrepreneurs, and investors from across the region to discuss innovations in business, investment strategies, and entrepreneurship. The summit is known for fostering collaboration between innovators and capital providers, with the aim of supporting startups and scaling businesses.

As a panelist, Dancho contributed to discussions on entrepreneurship, business scaling, and investment strategies. Drawing from his experience as the Founder and CEO of BizzBee Solutions, he shared insights on how entrepreneurs can navigate the challenges of scaling their businesses, attract investment, and create sustainable growth models.

This summit brought together leading experts in sales, outreach, and digital marketing to share insights on how to optimize prospecting efforts in the modern digital landscape. The event focused on strategies for building effective outreach campaigns, generating leads, and forming meaningful client relationships through innovative approaches.

As a moderator, Dancho facilitated discussions among the speakers and ensured the event ran smoothly, engaging the audience and steering conversations around the latest trends in outreach and sales. In addition, he delivered a presentation titled “Digital Outreach Fever – Building Digital Relationships Over Spamming People”, where he shared actionable strategies for creating personalized, value-driven outreach campaigns.

Speaker at Business Café Macedonia, a networking event aimed at connecting entrepreneurs, business professionals, and startup founders. The event fosters open dialogue and knowledge exchange, giving business leaders an opportunity to share their experiences, challenges, and successes with aspiring entrepreneurs and other professionals in Macedonia. The Business Café series is known for bringing together the country’s top business minds to inspire and motivate the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Invited as a guest lecturer at the prestigious University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. As part of the university’s initiative to host expert speakers from around the world, Dancho delivered a lecture on the topic of "Building the Entrepreneurial Mindset", where he unraveled the key requisites for successful entrepreneurship. The session targeted students of Business Administration and Economics, focusing on how to develop the mindset necessary for entrepreneurial success in today’s fast-changing global economy.

Participated as a panelist in a discussion on Certified Management Consultants (CMC) in Macedonia. The event, organized by the Macedonian Consulting Association (MCA 2000), aimed to explore the advantages and challenges associated with obtaining the CMC certification, which is globally recognized as a mark of consulting excellence. The panel brought together experienced consultants to share their perspectives on how certification impacts their careers and enhances client trust.

Was invited as a guest speaker at the University American College Skopje (UACS), specifically at the School of Business Economics and Management. The event focused on exposing students to real-world business experiences and insights from industry professionals. Dancho, as the Founder and CEO of BizzBee Solutions, shared his entrepreneurial journey and the challenges he faced while growing his business in Macedonia and internationally.

Participated as a speaker at the 4th Global Forum on Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurship, held in Helsinki, Finland. The forum, organized by infoDev, focused on the theme "Creating Sustainable Businesses in the Knowledge Economy" and brought together innovators, entrepreneurs, and business leaders from across the globe. The event emphasized the role of entrepreneurship in driving sustainable development, with a strong focus on ICT and business incubation.

The event, organized by infoDev, the Brazilian Association of Incubators and IT Parks (ANPROTEC), and SEBRAE, brought together over 800 participants from 70 developing countries. The forum's theme focused on Investment, Internationalization, and Inclusive Development.

Dancho was a featured speaker during the Mobile Enabled Solutions plenary session. His experience as an entrepreneur and leader in mobile technology provided valuable insights to a global audience of entrepreneurs, business leaders, policy makers, and technology managers. The forum aimed to foster innovation and entrepreneurship through ICT-enabled solutions, with Dancho's contributions adding to the knowledge-sharing and capacity-building efforts of the event.
